Order Confirmation
To ensure order seriousness, all orders are confirmed after payment of the shipping fee. The remaining balance is paid upon delivery.
Delivery & Inspection
Customers may inspect their order upon delivery before completing payment.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products and after inspection upon delivery, we do not offer returns or exchanges once the order has been accepted and paid for.
Manufacturing Defects
Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the case of a verified manufacturing defect. Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order, along with clear photos of the defect.
